Welcome to 24-hour fitness access! To keep this privilege, all patrons must follow the rules. This facility is unstaffed and unmonitored. By entering, you assume all personal responsibility and risk.

ACCESS & ENTRY

  • Your CAC is Your Key
Access is for authorized patrons, 18 years and older, with a registered Common Access Card (CAC).
  • One Swipe, One Entry
You must swipe your own CAC every single time you enter.
  • Going Solo
Guests, contractors, and anyone without a registered CAC are strictly prohibited during unstaffed hours.
  • Never Prop the Door
Propping or holding the door open is strictly forbidden and will result in the loss of your access privileges. Ensure the door closes fully behind you.
  • Resetting for Unstaffed Hours
If you are in the gym when it closes and staff leaves, you must exit the building and re-enter by swiping your CAC to ensure you are accounted for.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

  • You're in Charge
You are now your own safety officer. Train smart, do not exercise beyond your limits, and avoid horseplay.
  • Stay in Your Lane
Do not enter restricted areas like the HITT Center, saunas, front desk, or offices, even if they appear unsecured. Tampering with locks or chains is prohibited.
  • Behave Accordingly
You are expected to conduct yourself in accordance with military rules and standards.

EMERGENCIES & REPORTING

  • For Emergencies
In case of an emergency, use the emergency information located near the phone at the front desk to report the issue.
  • For Facility Issues
Report any non-emergency problems (e.g., broken equipment, burned-out lights) in the logbook at the front desk.

VIOLATIONS & CONSEQUENCES

  • Know the Stakes
Any violation of these rules may result in the immediate revocation of your 24/7 access privileges.
  • Report to Command
Violations by active-duty personnel will be reported to their command for potential disciplinary action under the UCMJ. Civilian violations will be reported to the Provost Marshal's Office (PMO).
  • Stay Current
You must sign a Statement of Understanding (SOU) for each facility you wish to use and renew it annually to maintain access.
