All Marines checking into the following are to report to the Installation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC) Inbound Center, BLDG 13107 (directly across from the 13 Area Mess Hall):

The Family Housing Office provides assistance whether you decide to live on or off base. If you desire to live aboard the base, you are encouraged to submit an advance application to the Family Housing Office once you receive your web orders. This will allow us to get you "into the system" to make your transition into family housing as smooth as possible. In your application, please let us know which housing area you desire to live in.

With your CAC card and NMCI account you can digitally sign the Housing Application Forms located on the Camp Pendleton Family Housing website

Please limit the size of emails to 8MB per email. Contact the Housing office for additional information. If you do not have CAC access you can download and send as an e-mail attachment to pndlfamilyhousing@usmc.mil or fax the application to (760) 725-5559 or DSN 365-5559. You can also drop-off your application at the Joint Housing Office, 98 San Jacinto Road (near the main gate located off of Interstate 5).

Family Housing at MCB Camp Pendleton has been "privatized." Our Public-Private Venture (PPV) partners, Lincoln Military Housing and Hunt Military Communities are responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of 7,795 homes aboard the base. New construction, renovation, and other improvements continue in our effort to enhance quality-of-life for our military families.

Please note that we can work with our PPV Partners to provide you a home address at Camp Pendleton prior to your arrival if homes are available in your preferred neighborhood. This will facilitate your ability to do a "door-to-door" move from old duty station to new.

If you have any concerns while residing in housing aboard the base, attached is our three step process for our residents to address their concerns. If you decide to live off base, our Housing Referral Section can assist you in relocating to a local Southern California community. Our housing referral assistants can provide information on communities in San Diego, Riverside, and Orange Counties. Referral Section services also include home purchase information, finance and refinance referrals, conventional, Cal-Vet and other loan information, and landlord/tenant mediation services.
