The Department of Defense (DoD) recognizes the importance of providing Military and DoD-affiliated Families with access to quality, affordable child care programs. Access to child care directly affects the efficiency, mission readiness, morale, and retention of DoD personnel worldwide. Camp Pendleton offers Child & Youth Programs (CYP), School Age Childcare (SAC) and Family Child Care (FCC), which offers an alternative to center-based childcare.
