This class measures an individual's hard-wired DISC® Style – NOT what they think or want to be – creating the most accurate starting point for development. Extended DISC® is an assessment tool designed to help individuals, teams, and organizations to become more successful by providing easy-to-use information on how to modify behavior. Must take an assessment prior to the course.

HITT Level I
This is a five-day course for PT leaders which includes hands-on training for TRX suspension training, Olympic lifting, kettlebells, dynamic movements, Nutrition, Injury Prevention, and more. A HITT certificate is given to all participants upon completion of the course. Participants will learn how to properly perform the seven foundational movements, and increase speed, agility, power, and strength while focusing on reducing the likelihood of injury. The participants will also learn coaching cues to effectively correct other Marines during a PT session.

This is a four-day course for PT leaders and is a continuing course that includes hands-on training for TRX suspension training, Olympic lifting, kettlebells, dynamic movements, and more. This includes a deeper dive into the scientific approach to strength and conditioning. A HITT certificate is given to all participants upon completion of the course. Participants will learn how to properly perform the seven foundational movements, and increase speed, agility, power, and strength while focusing on reducing the likelihood of injury. The participants will also learn coaching cues to effectively correct other Marines during a PT session.
The 5 Love Languages for Children
Discover how to speak your child’s love language in a way that he or she understands. This workshop will help participants discover their child’s love language, assist children in successful learning, use the love languages to correct and discipline more effectively and build a foundation of unconditional love for the child.

This class will help set up a solid foundation and some reliable habits that will take you from “we can’t” to “we can” and before you know it, you will be saying WE DID!
How to Avoid Falling in Love with a Jerk(ette)
This workshop will allow participants to eliminate the jerk(ette) before they have the keys to your heart…and base housing.

Operation Childbirth
Workshop A, Know Your Body, will educate expectant parents on what will happen to the body during labor and delivery. Also what to expect during your hospital stay and how to create a birth plan. Workshop B, Know Your Baby, will provide you with information about what will happen when the baby is born. You will learn what to expect regarding tests, exams, and check-ins on your baby.

Baby Boot Camp
This course offers expectant parents the basic information and tools needed to provide loving care for their newborn. Join us for hands-on practice as we learn and discuss: basic infant care, birth plans, self-care, bathing, feeding, diapering, pre- and postpartum emotions, labor and delivery, infant growth and development, infant safety, attachment, bonding, soothing a crying baby, and more!
Moms in Transition
New and expectant mothers, active duty or dependent spouse to learn how to: prevent and heal from postpartum depression and anxiety, learn and practice new ways to nurture yourself, gain support from others to cope with the transition to motherhood––the good, the bad, and the ugly, and manage your feelings and thoughts to feel better.
Grow Parenting
(parents with children ages 5-10)
Grow Parenting will help you learn how to do the following: praise and encourage your child in positive ways, understand how to help your child manage his or her emotions, set healthy routines and schedules in your home, manage stress and your reactions due to anger, and promote physical health for you and your child.

This is a nine-week, court-approved parenting class series for parents with children under the age of six. Topics include safety, communication, discipline, self-esteem, and family structure.

This workshop explores the dynamics of healthy relationships. Topics covered include relationship red flags, smart love, when to make important decisions in a relationship, dealing with infidelity, forgiveness, making up versus breaking up, and managing relationship expectations.
Stress Management/Warrior Maintenance
An evidence-based curriculum to teach skills that can be successfully applied in the workplace, relationships, or any of other of life’s stressful events. The objective of this class is to understand what stress is and how it influences behavior. Simple and effective methods will be introduced to reduce the stressors and stress-related symptoms. Century Anger Management
Free and confidential, an 8-week evidence-based curriculum to teach skills that can be successfully applied in the workplace, relationships, or any other life situation where anger control is needed. Learn the Eight anger management skills. Workshops offered: stress, response, self-talk, time-out, empathy, assertiveness, expectations, and forgiveness.

POWER Workshop
POWER explores the dynamics of power and control techniques and their negative effect on interpersonal relationships. Also teaches the domestic violence effects on children. Participants will learn to recognize how those techniques can result in destructive and sometimes abusive behaviors. Healthy alternatives to enhance communication, manage stress and resolve conflict are presented.
Families Overcoming Under Stress (FOCUS)
FOCUS offers training designed to strengthen couples and families in readiness for tomorrow. It builds on current strengths and teaches practical skills related to the challenges of military life, including stress, injury and other transitions. During FOCUS, families and couples practice perspective-taking and become closer by developing a shared understanding of their experience. Sessions tailored to each couple or family’s individual goals enhance cohesion, communication and mutual care. FOCUS training is confidential, free and offers services at family friendly hours. FOCUS services are also available via the virtual TeleFOCUS program, allowing families and couples to meet with a FOCUS Provider through video teleconference. Families and couples can use TeleFOCUS when remote from our local site or for those sessions that are difficult to make. FOCUS sessions allow families and couples to build their own story about military life experiences.
Basic Anger Management
This workshop is a basic overview of anger management. It provides education on the dynamics of anger and offers a variety of acceptable coping strategies to handle angry feelings and behaviors.
Basic Stress Management
This class will teach the basic overview of stress and explain the Combat and Operational Stress Continuum.
Conflict Management

The Transition Readiness Program (TRP) ensures that Marines are prepared for their transition from military to civilian life and provides Marines and their families with the tools and resources needed to pursue the Department of Defense-directed Career Readiness Standards.

This condensed transition course allows spouses of separating or retiring Service Members to prepare for life beyond the military.

Executive Transition Assistance Seminar (ETAS)
FOR RETIRING MILITARY. Free 3-day seminar tailored for retiring service members entering the corporate world. Topics include resume writing, networking, interviewing and business attire. Highlights include practice interviewing with civilian executives and panel discussions. The program is scheduled around a large hiring event to add value. This fundamental information is critical in preparing for the transition process.
Thrift Savings Plan/Blended Retirement System
The Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and the Blended Retirement System (BRS) are defined contribution plans for members of the uniformed services. Whether you are making the military a career or not, there is a retirement savings plan available for you.

This course is designed to increase the knowledge and comfort level of first-time home buyers and serve as a refresher for repeat home buyers.

Raising Financially Fit Kids
Raising Financially Fit Kids is a course designed to help parents (or parents-to-be) learn how to teach children sound financial management skills. During the course, participants will examine their own financial skills and behaviors so that they can determine how to best implement age-appropriate financial practices for their children.

Having the tools and knowledge to develop smart investment strategies has never been more critical than in today’s global capitalistic economic system. Advanced investment strategies require the investor have a solid understanding of the way markets work combined with analytical skills and advanced quantitative tools.
Command Financial Specialist Course
MCO 1700.37 requires units to have qualified Command Financial Specialists (CFSs) readily available to provide financial training, education and information and referrals. The Personal Financial Managers (PFMs) train selected Marines/Sailors and conduct all unit inspections. Upon completion of the course the CFS is expected to serve as the command’s principal advisor on policies and matters related to personal finance.
Million Dollar Marine Course
The two-day Million Dollar Marine (MDM) course is for Sergeants and Corporals who are nominated by their command to serve as the unit's NCO for Financial Fitness (NCOFF). The NCOFF is expected to provide peer-to-peer influence by sharing the knowledge received during the course.
Personal Readiness Seminar
The Personal Readiness Seminar provides an overview of resources available for continuing education, career development, and personal financial management. Per MARADMIN 346/20, Marines are required to attend the seminar within 90 days of arriving at their first permanent duty station.
Career Coaching
The goal of career coaching is to empower service members and their families by helping them make informed decisions about their post-military career trajectory (for spouses, current and post-military services).
Resume Writing
A resume details your skills and training, work experience, education, and, most importantly, the accomplishments you have made with past employers. It should also inform the employer of your career objective (the job you are seeking) and communicate in a concise manner the benefits you will bring to the job if hired. Our staff will assist separating/retiring service members (and their families) with drafting/finalizing their resumes for free.

Prime for Life 4.5
PFL 4.5 is a half-day, early intervention course offered by a certified prevention specialist. PFL 4.5 is a valuable tool for commanders to use with their units when there is concern about higher-risk substance misuse behaviors. If you are concerned about your unit due to an increase in substance misuse behaviors and trends, then please contact us to schedule a class. We will come to you!
Prime for Life 16-Hour
PFL 16.0 is a two-day, 16-hour training course offered by our certified prevention specialists. If you have been involved in a DUI/DWI, alcohol-related incident, or have a more significant concern about substance use, PFL will assist you in learning about the dangers and risks involved with alcohol misuse. PFL will also provide you with increased awareness and new skills for making lower-risk decisions.
Sleep Hygiene
One-hour class covering introductory sleep physiology, sleep improvement strategies, and progressive muscle relaxation. Class can be coupled with stress management as topics overlap.
Performance Nutrition and Weight Management
One-hour introductory nutrition class covering essential nutrients, fueling for performance, and common themes within Marine Corps. We have the ability to add an additional hour of supplement education.
Nutrition 101
One-hour class is designed to cover the basic principles of nutrition for weight management and fueling for performance.
BCP Accountability
We are able to provide BCP accountability check-ins, diet recall counseling, and strategies to change behaviors.
Nutrition and Fitness for BCP
One-day course focusing on the fundamentals of eating and training to lose weight. Participants will learn how to help their Marines on the BCP with planning their diet and exercise program for lifelong weight management.
Meal Prep for the Barracks
Learn how to meal prep in the barracks while maintaining a healthy balance during this hands-on clinic where Marines and Sailors will walk away with the food that they prepped.

Information on sexual health and responsibility including STD statistics and resources.

S3T – Swim Survival Skills Training
This is individual swim instruction to help Marines pass or increase their swim qualification certification.
Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Brief
This brief informs active duty Marines and sailors of child maltreatment according to the MCO. They will learn about the emotional, physical, and behavioral indicators of the four different types of abuse. Participants will become familiar with recognizing the early warning signs and risk factors of child abuse. The presentation will inform service members of the available support resources to include within the military system and in the civilian community.
Report Child Abuse Brief
Mandated reporters of child abuse will learn the four basic types of child maltreatment. They will learn about the emotional, physical, and behavioral indicators of each type of abuse. The instructor will train on how to complete the suspected child abuse form and explain the procedure to in-home care providers and child care center staff.
Communication Skills and Conflict Resolution Brief
The learning objective is effective communication. Participants will learn the following: the ability to recognize their strengths and the strengths of others, the ability to build rapport quickly with clients, peers, family, etc., the ability to listen and speak in the language of other personalities, an enhanced ability to understand how others process information, the ability to recognize the learning styles of others, and the ability to modify their communication style to connect with others.
Domestic Violence Prevention and Awareness Brief
This brief informs active duty Marines and sailors of the legal definitions of abuse within intimate relationships according to the MCO, the UCMJ, and California Penal Codes. It introduces the concepts of power and control and how they may contribute to abusive behaviors. The presentation will inform service members of the available support resources to include within the military system and in the civilian community. Participants will become familiar with available reporting options.
Family Advocacy Program Overview
This brief informs active duty Marines and sailors of the Family Advocacy Program. The presentation will provide the service members with a description of the services offered and the staff members available to provide the services. Participants will learn about the purpose of the program and also go through a short review of domestic violence, child abuse, and reporting options for victims.
