Join Semper Fit for an exciting 7K run around Lake O'Neill and surrounding trails.
Categories include a competitive 4-person Super Squad Challenge and a non-competitive run for individuals.
- Day-of registration only: 7am - 8:15am
- If racing in the Super Squad Challenge, 1-person must register the entire team by 8am.
- All individuals must register by 8:15am to avoid missing the start of the run.
- CG's Cup participation points will be given at this event up to 10 team and/or individual entries.
- Units may send as many people out to this event. No placement points will be given.
