Join Marine Corps Family Team Building (MCFTB) and Semper Fit for a fun, full body workout at the Marina/Bayview Lawn every Friday morning from 9:00 am - 10:00 am. During inclement weather, classes will be held inside the Jerry Coleman Center.

Please wear workout clothes and shoes, and bring plenty of water and a towel. Any required weights or equipment will be provided.

Children are welcome to attend with their parent. Parent will be responsible for their child during the class.
