Event Format

Individual stroke play flighted by age and gender. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age division. Parents may walk along but cannot interfere or communicate with players. Coaching and giving advice is not permitted under USGA rules.

Age divisions:

• 8–10 (9 holes)
• 11–13 (18 holes)
• 14–18 (18 holes)

Eligibility

• Open to all children in Okinawa, SOFA and non‑SOFA, ages 8–18.
• Boys and girls compete in separate divisions.
• Play follows USGA rules and Taiyo local rules (see rules sheet).

Ages 11–13 & 14–18 (18 holes)

• Non‑SOFA: $58

Schedule

• 09:00–10:30 — Driving range open for practice (free range balls)
• 10:40–10:50 — Rules briefing
• 11:00–12:00 — Tee times begin (front & back nine)
• 15:30–17:00 — Scoring and All‑American BBQ
• 16:00–18:00 — Awards presented as each age group finishes play

大会概要

本トーナメントは、SOFA・県内在住者を問わず 8歳～18歳 のすべての子どもたちが参加できます。
男子と女子は別々の部門で、以下の3カテゴリーで競います：

8～10歳（9ホール）
11～13歳
14～18歳

プレーは USGAルール と タイヨーのローカルルール に従って行われます。

保護者の方は歩きのみ同伴可能ですが、プレーの妨害や選手へのアドバイスは禁止されています。

スケジュール

9:00～10:30 ドライビングレンジ練習（無料ボールあり）
10:40～10:50 ルール説明
11:00～12:00 アウト・インスタートで競技開始
15:30～17:00 スコア発表・オールアメリカンBBQ
16:00～18:00 各年齢層の競技終了後に賞品授与
