Sign up a workplace team for Semper Fit's Water Hydration Challenge by May 27.

• Worksite teams will fill out a hydration log each day for the entire month of June. Logs will be collected and viewed.
• If the chart indicated more water than members usually drink, those members will win a prize.
• Teams must have at least two members with no limit on number of participants. Worksites may register multiple competitive teams.
• Water assessment questions before program begins will help to determine if members have increased by the end of the challenge.
