Registration for group fitness classes will be held at the information table next to the DJ. Please register ahead of time to secure your spot in classes.

- TurboKick: Turbo Kick is an interval-based, full-body workout choreographed to upbeat music mixes; high-paced intervals with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance/core training sequenced and easy-to-follow combinations.
- Intro to Yoga: Connect your body, mind and spirit with yoga poses and a guided meditation in this beginner-friendly class.
- Zumba: Dance your way to a fitter you with Latin-based high and low-intensity intervals designed to boost your cardiovascular endurance.
- Tabata & Stretch: Interval training in blocks of 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest using a variety of fitness equipment and body-weight movements. This class features an extended cool down to improve your overall flexibility.
- Strength & Conditioning: Looking for next level strength and conditioning training? Class includes a warm-up, power and plyometrics, resistance training, mobility, and energy system development.
