This class will encourage military members and their families to maintain a positive focus and be engaged in their homes, at work, and in their communities. The class is a modern-day exploration of various philosophies and concepts that will help participants with self-advocacy, power of choice, resiliency, and encourage thinking differently about the impact they have on any situation.
